We want you to be pleased with your purchase & try to give as good a representation of our products as possible but sometimes things don't quite suit so we have set out some dos and don'ts for when it comes to having to return an item.
Netcom Trading complies with European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, which states that you have the right to cancel an order without giving a reason within 7 days.
With us, you can cancel an order within 7 days for a full refund. If your order has already been despatched when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. In this case your refund will only be issued after your order has been returned to us.
You will be asked to return any FREE gift received with the return of unwanted goods.
In the event of the FREE gift not being returned with the unwanted items, we have the right to deduct the cost of the FREE gift from any refund.
You may exchange unused and unopened products within 14 days for alternative items or a refund. If a returned item is found to have been opened or, tampered with, it is returnable to you at your expense.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of adult toys, creams, lubricants, massage oils or condoms if they have been opened.
Returning lingerie and sexy clothing
So what if your outfit doesn't fit?
We're happy for you to try on lingerie and outfits - if trying on underwear please try this over your own underwear to see if it fits.
You must keep all tags, lining and labels intact on items of clothing. If they are removed, we cannot refund you for the returned item. If we feel that non-faulty items have been worn or soiled we will not issue a refund but return the goods to you at your expense.
As stated in the EC Distant Selling Regulations, we cannot accept returns of DVDs, and audio recordings if you have opened the seal.
We check every item before we send it to you but even this system is not infallible so if it's defective, please give a full description of the fault, your purchase details and return it in its original packaging with all manuals & accessories for a replacement within 60 days of purchase.
All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you at your cost if they are working.
Goods can be exchanged or refunded for up to 30 days in the event of any defect. After 30 days only an exchange will be available.
Please thoroughly clean all returned defective products and wrap them securely. Any soiled returns will not be processed but returned to you at your cost. If a faulty item shows signs of abuse, we will not issue a refund but return the goods to you at your expense.
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to refund your money within 30 days of cancellation. In reality this will happen within around 10 days of your cancellation or your return having being received.
Your purchase may need to be signed for upon delivery. If you are not in, a calling card will be left to advise you of the attempted delivery and that it is available for collection (usually from your local Royal Mail sorting office). If your order is returned to us as not called for, you will be liable for the cost of P&P incurred in re-dispatching it to you. If you choose to cancel after it has been returned to us an admin fee of £5 or 10% of your order value will be deducted from your refund.
